Who is Subletor?

Subletor was founded in 2018 by Brian Okinyi, Arthur Pundo, and Lewis Orenge as a platform that enabled companies to sublet unused office space more like an Airbnb for offices in sub saharan africa.

The model gained traction, but the COVID-19 shutdown of the physical office market forcing us to close and rethink the business.

Each co-founder invested in deep technical expertise with Brian Okinyi pursuing Cybersecurity in Australia, Lewis Orenge pursuing Cybersecurity in the UK, and Arthur Pundo pursuing Data Science & AI in Australia.
